No global errors on import/publiation

E.g. adding a list of bibtex entries that crossreference non-existing entries yields no global errors in Bootstrap layout.

What happens in that case? I tried it on the development system and I got a global error.

After the commit b7c4da7 the situation is as follows:

• crossref errors are ignored
• person name parsing and macro expansion errors lead to global errors (i.e., nothing is imported)

I would suggest to handle this differently: crossref errors should be shown to the user as warnings. Since we currently have no mechanism to show warnings in the batchedit dialogue, I did not implement this.
