Confirming the "usage of comma/semicolon in your tags" is hard to find and badly indented

In the editPublication dialogue (probably similar with bookmarks) entering tags with a semicolon leads to a redirect to that dialogue on clicking the save button. The user is asked to confirm the usage of comma/semicolon in your tags. However, this additional text is hard to find (as it is unexpected) and not correctly indented.
