Tag autocomplete on new fast edit tags

Please readd tag autocompletion while using the new fast edit tag modal dialog.

Where can I test the new "fast edit tags" functionality? I can't find it in the staging system.

There are two other things which need to be improved:

1. There should be some space between the tags in the first and the tags in the second row.
2. When entering long tags, the beginning of the tag disappears behind existing tags.

please use the https://github.com/bassjobsen/Bootstrap-3-Typeahead library for autocomplete

typeahead is now the preferred autocomplete lib for the webapp

Autocomplete is now available for the tags a user used before.

As the new group edit stuff is comming, this feature needs to be extended to the tags used in group posts I guess. Should I reopen this ticket or create a new one?

It seems like, that the new version of tagsinput has a bug according to delimiters. By now the fast edit tagsinput is sending new tags with wrong delimiters.
