link in mails to group admins for new members does not work

When a user wants to join a group, the admin get an e-mail pointing to the settings page, e.g., http://www.bibsonomy.org/settings?requGroup=iccs&user=markert&selTab=3

Unfortunately, in the Bootstrap layout this link no longer works. Please fix the link. Very likely, the settings page also needs to be adopted.
