changing bootstrap tabs should also change the URL

When I switch to a tab on a page (e.g., on the settings page) the URL does not change. This makes it difficult to directly link to that tab (e.g., for tutorials, etc.). E.g., when clicking on the import tab of the settings page, the browser should show the URL http://www.bibsonomy.org/settings?selTab=2 in the address bar.

In order to get the link of the preferred tab you can make a right click on this tab and select "copy link".
