Also a comment from @seboettg: "In der Navigation unter Gruppen einen neuen Punkt “Create new Group/Eine neue Gruppe erstellen” einfügen. Sichtbar für alle angemeldeten Nutzer, die nicht als Spam geflagged sind.". This happens in navi.tagx
