batch edit posts with edit before import does not store unedited posts

When importing a number of publications on postPublication -> snippet or file using the "edit before import" option we are offered a list of update options. We can then select a subset of posts and perform some operation (e.g. edit tags or privacy).

Upon clicking update, only those posts selected are stored.

thus if a user wanted to import n posts and perform some editing on k<n posts, n-k posts will not be stored.

Solution 1: We explain this behavior more clearly Solution 2: We have a second column of checkboxes (in total: one column to mark posts to store, in the other to mark posts to edit) Solution 3: We store all posts and perform edits only on those selected.

We need an additional checkbox "import" that is flagged by default.
