The show only one resource type button can be removed

The function is already available in the "gear" menu (display all, display ...) and therefore needs not to be realized as an extra button.

Especially on pages that show only one resource type anyway the button is useless (e.g. http://www.biblicious.org/url/efbf3f64ae12aae3d3882752c1874c1f#discussionbox)
