Add possibility to delete groups

Until now, it is not possible to delete groups. A direct consequence is, that the last admins of a group can't delete themselves.

It should be possible to actually delete a group, but only when all users left and only one admin is left.

Most of this is already implemented, please add a GUI representation as well as the remaining code pieces.

Should the Query "updateGroupUserAfterDelete" in the Group.xml be deleted? (was present before)
