Layout of Average Rating Stars on Comunitypost Page is broken

The vertical alignment of all the floating divs and ps and spans around the stars in reviewRatingsInfo.tagx seems to be out of control.

The third proposal already looks much better. However, I think it would be much better to let "average user rating" appear as a subsection heading in the same way as "rating distribution" and the stars centered togetiher with the parantheses and the small questionmark in the next line.

Personally, I also like the average stars part above the distribution part.

there was not enough space for the stars and the parenthesis in one line. I think it looks good now. Had to restructure the DOM a little bit.
