Can't get correlated tags via REST API

According to the API documentation, it is possible to get correlated tags of a specific tag. Unfortunately, in any case, I get back an empty set. I guess that is a bug.

In addition it's not possible to get related subtags and supertags as descriped in the documentation.

I tested related and similar tag relations, which work perfectly. the subtag and supertag relations are always included in the plain /api/tags/web query, so I corrected the API documentation at this point.
