Editing an existing comment removes the group selected visibility

When I edit an existing post, the edit dialog does not select the group for visibility:

This results in a hard do notice error message upon storing the comment.

Suggestions for improvement:

• set group visibility according to visibility of the comment
• make error message visible (i.e., use corresponding CSS classes)
