have anchors for discussion posts

It would be nice to have an HTML anchor for each discussion entry, such that one can easily get a link to that entry. What I mean can easily be seen on Stackoverflow:

The URL is linked under the date of the comment, such that one can easily copy it from there. The highlighting effect when opening the link is also nice.
