add scraper for Qucosa

probably requires manual extraction, though I suggest that you have a look at the underlying software, which seems to be Opus ... we might either have other scrapers scraping services that use this software (and there you could see how they do it), or you can try to find out whether Opus supports parameters to get the metadata in a more digestable format.

For instance, the documentation has a mapping of Opus document types to BibTeX and it supports XML export, though it is not clear, whether Qucosa has activated this.

the website until yet don't have a export button. that means we can't scrape any data from it. we wait for Dresden because they develope this enhancements. after their development (enhancements: adding export button) can we without problems scrape data for BibSonomy :-)
