This URL is only available in the Leibniz University Network http://search.proquest.com/pio/docview/1293555734/B0EA735EEEEE4AD3PQ/1 I have a solution we search a publication that we can call it in Uni-Kassel (because of Testing) and in Uni-Hannover (because of development) then we can solve this problem for testing and development so that the authors can scaper from this site when they are legitimated...

we can't implement a scraper for proquest becuase we don't have an access in Kassel
