Disallow URLs in Real Name

Spammers use the Real-name to place spam-links.

E.g. https://www.bibsonomy.org/user/abusaeedraju

I think we should not restrict this field (we can use the field as a feature of our classifier :))

The main problem is, that we flag users after their first post.

Most of them do not post :)
