PubmedScraper broken

The tests for the PubmedScraper currently do not work, as we get read timeouts when calling WebUtils.getContentAsString. During debugging, this can not always be reproduced ... it seems the server is fooling us. (The same URL works with wget, even when using the same User Agent string as in WebUtils.)
