Latex commands not normalized before hash calculation

We do not normalize the titles, author names, … using a latex decoder, this results in duplicate entries with different interhashes.

Before we can fix this, we must handle the case when a hash changes (links in published papers, …). Possible solution: redirect the entries to the corresponding new entry; problems: already existing publications with the same intrahash, when calculation the hashes with the decoded latex string
