error on /updateUserProfile

Procedure to repeat:

1. change e-mail address
2. click "save changes"
3. click "save changes" again

I cannot reproduce this error at biblicious.org. It appears at bibsonomy.org, yes, but this bug seems to be solved by redirecting back to the settings page after update.
