Old tags displayed after updating tags

if you edit the tags via this button:

save your changes:

close the modal and click the first edit button again, the old tags will be displayed again. After a page refresh the new, correct tags are loaded.

I think a page refresh isn’t the desired solution here. When pressing the save button of the modal, we should use the callback method to update the modal form content..
