ES Index Generation semi-broken

sometimes two ES indexes can become active by having the same alias called “activeindex…“ pointing to them. Unclear when this happens, still checking. Nevertheless this also causes https://www.bibsonomy.org/admin/fulltextsearch to become unaccessible so the issue can also not easily fixed from the frontend.
