The "added files section" is broken, there are brackets, the word "delete" and the delete icon on top of each other, see attached screenshot.

Unfortunately, the problem still exists, see my screenshot:

How to reproduce:
1. edit a new publication post
2. do not add tags!
3. upload a document
4. save the post
Then the broken delete button will appear under the file upload input form.
