model folksonomy in RDF/OWL

for generating RDF output for the API, we need a folksonomy model in RDF;

• look, if something exists
• if not, model it yourself

important: - tag-relations should be included! - maybe use existing standards (RSS, DC, taxo, SWRC, etc) as much as possible
