add information "who has recently viewed / copied one of my resources"

Reported by dbe: In social networks like Xing and others, users can often see which other users have visited their personal site. Analoguously, it would be interesting for BibSonomy users which other users have recently viewed or copied one of their resources. This would make it even easier to find people with similar interests.

We'd have to discuss the concrete implementation (as a special site, or as part of e.g. the settings site, etc...) of course.
