Format field in api/posts doesn't do anything

In the API documentation (http://www.bibsonomy.org/help/doc/methods/ListOfAllPosts.html), there is an argument for 'format' which can be one of rdf|html|xml. However, only XML is ever returned. Which is of course fine, but the API is a little misleading.

Could you please remove html and xml and instead add json? And then close this rather old bug. *g*

Fix API Doku. Should be done as soon as we have moved to GitHub. Formats can be "selected" via content negotiation.
