completely support extra URLs of bibtex fields

Currently, extra URLs of bibtex fields are only useful for the web interface and not supported for import, export or in other fields (what about the API?). Users asked to improve support - especially for im- and export. Therefore we would need to add those fields also to normal bibtex lists, which requires in its current implementation an extra JOIN which decreases speed.

The task is thus, to first implement support for extra URLs, where it is easily possible and then to think about how to completely integrate them.
