Implement "similar resources" for bookmarks/publications

Reported by dbe: In recent research work, we have analyzed several resource similarity measures based on folksonomies (paper "social similarity", ask Andreas, Gerd or Dominik). It would be nice to implement a good resource similarity measure of these (e.g., mutual information, if not compuationally too expensive) and to provide a link similar to Google's 'similar pages'-feature [1] for each bookmark / publication.
