Add "merge" page to unify duplicates, complete entries etc.

Reported by dbe: When eliminating duplicates in one's own collection, it would be great to have an interface where once could "merge" these two entries, and selecively keep fields of the one or the other.

When doing this, one could also consider to take into account other people who have posted the same publication, so that one could take over fields from them. This would go towards the idea of supporting the user to have a correct bibtex entry (some kind of gold standard).
