Enable crossref-resolution for publication lists

Reported by dbe: It would be "nice to have" if the Mechanism to create publication lists (JabRef layouts,...) could be adapted to resolve crossrefs; this would mean one would only need a single 'book' or 'proceedings'-entry with editors, ... and would get nice and complete entries for 'inproceedings', 'inbooks, etc.
