use the API for all interaction with BibSonomy
store local data (keys) instead of getting always a whole dump from the DB
allow to synchronize this data

Migrated to new (web) back-/frontends, but not to API. There are somehow good reasons to not use the API: we import DBLP using chunks of BibTeX. Our BibTeX parser then does the crossref resolution.
