Wrong sorting of CSL Authors when using name-as-sort-order='all'

Only the first author is dumped as givenName lastName, the rest of the author list remains lastName, givenName.

I think, that this has something to do with the CSL renderer.

Please check if the updated CiteProc 2 dependency fixes the problem. Else report the problem to the maintainers of the CiteProc PHP parser.

The issue is fixed with the new citeproc and will be released with the next restclient version.
