With php 7.1.5 a try to use rest-client.php results in this error message for me:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot use lexical variable $eventName as a parameter name /tmp/bibsonomy/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Event/Emitter.php on line 49

Resolved in 128ccec. Was an issue in older guzzle version with php 7.
