Very large input files are extremely slow to parse and draw

There is a performance bottleneck in Euclid when an input file is extremely large and/or has many many zones and surfaces. An large example (>350,000 lines) is attached with 609 zones, 5676 base surfaces, and 2416 sub surfaces.
