kirit devda created an issue 2020-04-29

Attached dicom file when converted in bitmap shown as completely grey in color. when tried on my pc with other program image shown is proper. The transfer syntax of file is as below

The dataset has a VOI settings with width=0.

This file can be show correctly by using getOptimalVOI()
