Frames take a point of damage for every Frame Housing

If you have multiple Frame Housings in an Alveary, Frames seem to take n-1 points of damage for n Frame Housings in the Alveary. This makes having multiple housings (even when not in use) problematic.

I cannot reproduce this. When comparing alvearies with 1 and 8 frame housings, the frames were damaged at the same rate
