Electrical Stimulator Not Craftable

Using the recipe from the wiki the Electrical Stimulator is not craftable. If this is a known bug I apologize I searched for 2 days before reporting.

It works as of pre-5. It only works with plain alveary blocks in the center, and make sure nothing is put onto the two circuit boards used.
