Inoculator not accepting bees.

Whenever I try to place a bee in the top slots, the inoculator doesn't accept the bees. No matter what bee I use, it does not accept it. I have tried with a full buffer of MJ and a full tank of Bacteria Vector, but it still doesn't accept the bee. I am using the latest version (1.7.10) and would appreciate help with this. Thanks in advance!

It accepts Larvae,not bees. Larvae can be obtained by placing a hatchery into an alveary with the bees you want
