Retroactive worldgen

Retroactive worldgen teh plz? :~( I want to add this to my server, but I don't have mystcraft. My world is pretty well explored already and forestry isn't worth adding without binnie's mods. <3 I know it's probably super annoying to see requests in your issues tracker, but i don't know that i've ever seen you on irc.
