Radioactive Bee / Yellorium

If you are using a pack without IC2, the Radioactive Bees are useless for fueling Big Reactors since they require IC2 for Uranium. Could you please have Radioactive Fragments created when Big Reactors is installed and add a recipe to convert the fragments into Yellorium.

It should be a 1:1 ratio for Uranium:Yellorium since Big Reactors can use Uranium or Yellorium interchangeably.
