Molten Stimulus for simulating the Nether in Alveary doesn't work

When putting the Blazing Electron Tube into the circuit board to recieve the Molten Stimulus, the circuit board just get's the "Genectic Decay" Extra by 50% but nothing else. When putting the Circuit Board into the Electric Simulator nothing happens. Nether Bees still call the Alveary a hostile enviroment. Other Tubes work fine.
