machine bug

this is happening quite frequently, machines which are performing work when the chunk is unloaded will go into this state.

this is probably similar to the bug where the machine says that it has no items.

it has been suggested that the resolution to this bug is to break the machine and replace it, however in the case of the polymeriser that would mean losing 1000mb of dna and bacteria every time it happens.
