Apiarist client-server Disconnect

One of my players tried using the handheld Apiarist database but disconnects from my server every time, I tried to re-create this but it did not effect me in the same way, however my database was empty due to not having handled any bees. There was no errors on any of the client logs, and only the following error on the server logs:
