Fluid Containers bug/crash in 2.0-pre13

client crash log <- trying to pick up a Growth Medium Glass Cylinder

My fluid filter settings in my enderio conduits (which are connected to the genetics machines) no longer seem to be working. So I tried to reconfigure the fluid conduits using the Glass Cylinder I had in storage but I can't get the vials into my inventory without crashing the client. (The SMP server continues to run properly.)

also: All the fluid containers from Binnie Core show up as "Unnamed" in game.
