Crash when game loads up sorry

Hi, i'm using the pre 14 version, all updated forge, forestry, no other mods active or in use (in fact mods folder only has forestry and binnie in it.However i still get this error no mater what i do. What is this and how do i fix it. Im very sorry i dont know anything about error or how to read this error report to find the error.

according to your log, you have dev 4 in there, not pre14

Do you have a correct link to pre 14 please as my down load is labeled as pre 14. Sorry, I now want to be sure I have the correct version. Thank you by the way for spotting the problem.
