Ecstatic Bee not breedable

I seem to be unable to breed the Ecstatic Bee.

I'm running the ATLauncher with Resonant Rise Modpack (includes pre12, manual update to pre14 changed nothing). The Ecstatic Done/Princess/Queen does not appear in NEI or in the recipes (Static Combs do), it is however listed in the Apiarist DB as a result of Excited and Energetic (does not appear in the Beealyser). The drones seem to exist however, as I was able to inject a species serum (cheated) from Genetics into a larva. I could not find any information that the bee has been removed and every wiki still lists it as breed-able.

So my guess is be it's either a bug or a mod incompatibility (so far this is the only Bee that seems to be unobtainable).
