[Genetics] can't extract blank sequence from seuencer with pipes

They just sit in the output waiting to be manually unloaded, which is very inefficient.

i think i might have had a client-desync related to this, when i tried to pull some of the items out, I had a forced disconnect, and they weren't in the output slot anymore
