Splicer : Incorrect energy usage displayed

the Splicer display total usage for 1 operation as 120 000 000 RF at a 10 000 RF drain per tick, it is incorect because 1 operation is 1 minute, meaning 1200 ticks, at 10 000 RF/t the total operation cost would be 1200 * 10000 = 12 000 000 RF.

Issue is probably a typo as there is an extra 0.
