[Botany] Vanilla tree saplings can be scanned by analyzer block but Vanilla flowers can't?

Title says it.

Basically, Forestry is able to take unconverted vanilla tree saplings into its analyzer block and be able to scan them and turn them into converted forestry saplings. where as unconverted vanilla flowers can't go into said block. However converted botany flowers can go into the analyzer.
