The Different Recipes for the genetic machines always give the same output, the one that accept MJ (dev3)

also happens in dev4 and dev5.

I can't craft the RF versions of the machines when TE4 isn't installed (I use ExtraUtilities to generate and transport RF.)

With the update of Forestry to RF, perhaps this should now be considered a major issue?
