Fence recipes?

I think im missing something but I can only craft the basic two wood fence that can be mixed with any wood planks. The problem is all other wood fences are not able to be crafted. No low fence or anything. I went online and they had a "binnie fence fix" mod but I would have thought that the latest version of binnies mod would have already had it fixed. I downloaded the latest version but i think all the recipes are still disabled?
